Terms and Conditions for Fruit of the Womb

 

    1.    Scope of Services: Fruit of the Womb provides services and products designed to support fertility, health, and wellness. All services and products are intended for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.

    2.    No Refund Policy: All sales are final. Due to the personalized and nature-based nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds on any purchases, including both goods and services. Clients acknowledge and accept this policy by proceeding with any transaction.

    3.    Transfer Policy: While we do not offer refunds, clients have the option to transfer services to another individual if they are unable to use them personally. Transfers must be arranged directly by the original client. Fruit of the Womb assumes no responsibility for finding a replacement client. Any service transfer must be communicated to Fruit of the Womb in writing, with both parties’ information included for record-keeping.

    4.    Product Use Disclaimer: Products and services from Fruit of the Womb are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. Clients use all products and services at their own risk and agree that Fruit of the Womb is not liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes.

    5.    Changes and Cancellations: Fruit of the Womb reserves the right to modify or cancel any services if necessary. In the case of a service change, clients will be notified as soon as possible. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.

    6.    Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing any goods or services from Fruit of the Womb, the client agrees to these terms and conditions in full.
